Sports Injury Prevention

Hello Players, Parents, Coaches,

Injury prevention should be a part of everyone's conditioning routine. WSLA has been contacted by some sports medicine physical therapists and MD's in the area who will be providing us with useful information that we will post here periodically. Injury prevention talks were given by these folks at our pre-season Players' Clinic -- in addition, there may be some injury prevention screening opportunities hosted by these clinics in the coming weeks. We'll blast out information on that as it becomes available. Should you have any questions and/or need a Sports Medicine resource -- don't hesitate to contact the clinic in your area -- links are below.
